Relax and unwind. Our most popular massage, Swedish massage uses light to moderately deep pressure and promotes overall relaxation of the body and mind. Generally a full body massage, although longer massages can include extra time on overly stressed areas.
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

Relief for overworked muscles, injury, or chronic pain patterns. May include a combination of Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, or Trigger Point Therapy. Pressure is typically deeper but always within your comfort zone. Time is focused on problem areas, although longer massages can include full body.

Safe and nurturing relief for aches and pains associated with pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters. Special techniques and cushioning are used to achieve a full body Swedish massage lying on your back and/or side. Physician's approval is required for high risk pregnancies.
